This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) sets out Link Travel Group processes and protects the privacy of your personal information.
Link Travel Group is a joint venture comprised of Flight Centre Travel Group, Goldman Travel Corporation and the Spencer Group of Companies. Link Travel Group is an invitation-only member’s group that will work with highly regarded independents in the Australian premium leisure and corporate travel sector.
We need to collect, use, and disclose your personal information in order to perform our business functions and activities, including configuring staff profiles, access to Flight Centre Travel Group systems, and International Air Transport Association (IATA) payments. We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and to maintaining various physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in our care.
Generally, the type of information we collect about you is the information that is needed to establish member staff profiles, facilitate business to business communications, invoicing and payments.
We therefore typically process the following types of personal information about you:
- contact information (such as name, business address, mailing address, telephone number, email address)
- payment account information (bank account details including account name, BSB number, and account number)
- other details relevant to your business operations to facilitate invoicing and payments.
We collect your information when you accept our invitation to partner with Link Travel Group. We make every effort to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal information which we store and to ensure all of your personal information is up to date. However, you can assist with this by promptly contacting us if there are any changes to your personal information.
We do not and will not sell, rent out or trade your personal information. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties with your consent, or where required by law.
